In addition to great colleagues, we also have many wonderful regular guests who give us daily joy and inspiration. A predictable schedule, a trip to France every other year, and a company cabin in Paris are also part of everyday life.
All our chefs and waiters have a trade certificate and/or relevant experience. They are all daily participants in the education of our chef and waiter apprentices, who can benefit from a solid vocational education!

Apprentice?
We have a great learning environment with our own apprentice school. Our chefs and waiters have good knowledge of food, wine, and French culture, and we have a great working community! Our goal includes being the best French brasserie outside of France and having the most pleasant working environment in Oslo's restaurant world.
