GENERAL TERMS FOR CORPORATE EVENTS AT BRASSERIE FRANCE

Here you will find information about payment methods, obligations regarding changes in the number of guests or cancellations. We are not difficult - most things can be arranged if we have an ongoing and good dialogue along the way! If an unexpected situation arises that requires you to cancel or make a change in the number of guests - contact us as soon as possible! 

1. Prices

The prices in the menu and wine list include 25% VAT.

For a private room - chambre separée - there is a requirement for a minimum turnover for our calculation to work out. You will know this when you book a room with us. 

2. Change in Number of Guests

Correction of the number of guests for evening parties can be made by 6 PM the day before the event. After the mentioned deadlines, the menu price for the ordered number will be charged. Regardless, let us know if there are fewer of you on the same day, so we can set the tables correctly. In case of a drop of more than 20%, we may require full payment for these, even if we are informed within the deadline. 

If there are significant changes in the number of guests, we unfortunately cannot promise you the table or room that you were initially promised.

Unannounced allergies or diets incur an additional charge of NOK 150 if we have to make or adjust the dish in addition to the agreed and prepared menu. 

Allergy to onions or milk protein incurs an additional charge of NOK 150 on the menu price

3. Payment

We have a credit card terminal, but we can also send an invoice if it is approved and agreed in advance. The invoice fee is NOK 85,-

4. Cancellation of the Entire Event

If for some reason you need to cancel with less than 4 weeks' notice, the following conditions apply:

For cancellations from 28 to 8 days before the event date, NOK 5000.00 must be paid unless we receive another similar event. 

For cancellations 7 or fewer days before the event date, the entire agreed menu price without beverages must be paid.
