AMUSEZ-VOUS BIEN

A LITTLE PIECE OF PARIS

THE GOOD, FRENCH BRASSERIE ATMOSPHERE

Our story began in 1979 with the restaurant d'Artagnan. In 1991, A touch of France opened, a brasserie inspired by Brasserie le Pyrénéen in Toulouse. And a few years after this, we were mature enough to remove the somewhat clichéd 'a touch of', leaving us with a clear and distinct message: Brasserie France. We are well aware that our address is a side street off Karl Johan, but our wish is that you, as our guest, will relive the good atmosphere we love from the grand brasseries in Paris. Or the little bistro in Lyon, Nice, Strasbourg ...

GENUINE FRENCH BRASSERIE ATMOSPHERE

With us, you will meet skilled chefs and waiters who both know and love their craft. The vocational training of chefs and waiters is important to us, and we have many apprentices who, after completing their education, will continue to learn more. But we also want our employees to stay with us for a long time, and we will do our best to ensure that everyone can balance work and private life well. Our team is diverse, with ages ranging from 17 to 64. Together we create the good, French brasserie atmosphere – served with warmth, knowledge, and pride.
